You will also need to include a copy of the following:
- State Certified Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency (warranty deed, lease or notarized letter)
21-22 DCSD Open Enrollment Now Available
First Window: November 2, 2020 at 8am - December 1, 2020 at 4pm
Second Window: January 22, 2021 at 8am - August 2, 2021 at 4pm
If you reside outside of the Legacy Point Elementary attendance area, you may apply for Open Enrollment.
Express Check-In
Upon completion of the registration process and prior to the start of your student's enrollment you will be required to complete the Express Check-In process. Express Check-In is a Douglas County School District application that allows parents to update household information, sign off on district forms, update health conditions, and select school fees. This application helps prevent families from manually entering in a full batch of information for numerous children in the household when checking in prior to the start of the school year.
